Laserfiche Document Management Software

Laserfiche software acts as an electronic file cabinet where documents can be securely stored and searched, no matter their original source. It can handle a wide variety of capture formats, including: simple scanned document files, Microsoft Office application files, PDFs, and e-mails.

To ensure the future readability and integrity of documents, Laserfiche utilizes non-proprietary file formats such as TIFF and ASCII. Microsoft Office files and other electronic file formats such as .pdf may be stored within the Laserfiche repository without the system altering the native format.  Remaining in native format allows the file to launch directly from within the Laserfiche document management system.  Laserfiche is ODBC compliant, which provides easy integration into other ODBC compliant database applications.

Digital Signature Solution

Signing and sealing electronic documents with CoSign signatures will immediately expedite business processes, reduce costs, increase security, and help organizations comply with regulations. CoSign digital signatures are based on standard PKI technology, guaranteeing signer authenticity, data integrity, and the non-repudiation of electronic documents. CoSign protects your business in a court of law and will not be questioned for compliance.  CoSign’s hardware is designed to meet FIPS 140-2 Level 3 NIST standard requirements. CoSign also follows the internationally approved Common Criteria security standard (ISO/IEC 15408). The Common Criteria SSCD validation provides compliance with the EU Electronic Signature Directives (European Union Directive 1999/93/EC on Electronic Signature).
